KISA SMITH

As highlighted in my blog posts, I love to create a spreadsheet when planning a trip. It helps me visualize and organize the entire trip while also ensuring that we make the most of every moment once we arrive.

I'm sharing a few of my trip itineraries below to give you an idea of how I create the spreadsheets and also to show just how many activities you can fit into a short period of time. I usually also include screen grabs of confirmation numbers, purchased tickets, restaurant/flight reservations, etc. below the calendar for the traveler's convenience. Throughout the trip, I like to update the spreadsheet with what we actually did that day; kind of as a travel journal.

I hope you find this helpful in your own trip planning!
