MoFaCo: Great place for locally-made art and crafts.
STAY
The best place to stay in St. George is the Advenire, a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel. The Advenire is located in the heart of historic, downtown St. George. You'll love the modern, pioneer-chic vibe, rooftop pool, hip bar, and incredible restaurant.
SAVOR
wood.ash.rye: Located at the Advenire. Best restaurant in SG. Don't sleep on the biscuits, jam, pork belly + watermelon, carrots, and chicharrones.
Hawaiian Poke Bowl: Looks super unassuming from the outside, but their poke bowls make this place one of SG's best food spots. Fish is fresh, servings are generous, and the team will treat you like family. Highly recommend the spicy ahi.
Sakura: We've had sushi all over the world and Sakura is the actual best!! There's a reason why the restaurant is always packed full of diners with crowds of hopefuls standing by for a table. The lunch bento specials are an incredible deal...highly recommend the steak and noodles, Vegas roll, and Virgin roll. Also, fun fact: We've known the owners of this restaurant for over 20+ years. Johnny used to be the sushi chef at a smaller restaurant in town before creating the sushi empire that Sakura is today. Their story is inspiring and a perfect example of the American Dream.
Zao Asian Cafe: Banh mi wrap with steak, the Zao way, light sauce.
Mo'Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food: Grab the family platters of kalua, chicken, rice, and Mac salad. Super generous portions and so yum.
Swig: If you know, you know. And if you don't know, you should go! :)
Orange Peel: Best smoothie place in the world. My favs are the almond protein + boba, taro and coconut + boba, wicked greens, and banana nut grain.
